3.3 Fraudulent Transactions
If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorised or made using a third party's payment method, bangla bajee reserves the right to cancel that transaction and suspend the associated account. Users must use payment methods registered in their own name.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. So in the example above, a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.2 Bonus Usage Rules
Bonuses may only be used in your own account and cannot be transferred to a third party. If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus portion may be deducted from your remaining balance. If bangla bajee detects any manipulation in claiming bonuses or any attempt to gain an advantage through multiple accounts, it may cancel the bonus.
4.3 Other Promotions
bangla bajee may run various promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the promotion page. These general terms apply alongside the specific terms of those promotions.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited at bangla bajee:
- Opening multiple accounts or using a third party's account
- Deliberately providing false information to claim bonuses
- Using software, bots or automated methods to place bets
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or security weaknesses of the site
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account

If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

6.1 VIP Levels

6.2 Weekly Cashback
Cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.4% at Bronze level, 0.8% at Silver level and 1.2% at Gold level. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the maximum cashback would be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.
6.3 Changes to VIP Benefits
bangla bajee reserves the right to change the VIP program structure or benefits at any time. Such changes will be communicated through an announcement on the site.
